BensalemTownship participates in the Bucks County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program. The Township contributes a fee that is based on quantities recycled and the percentage of participants who are East Rockhill Township residents. The more residents who particpate and the larger the quantities recycled, the less expensive it becomes.
